What's the differences between upsell and cross sell funnel?
Upselling means getting the customer to spend more money than they had initially planned to during the sale process. When creating an Upsell funnel, you can offer a special deal of different variants of the same product, thus, increase the average order value of the customers.
Cross-selling is selling additional products to an existing customer. When creating a Cross sell funnel, you can offer special deals on relevant products or frequently bought together products.
An upsell popup will show only one offer of the same products (in case the upsell funnel is created with multiple offers, the newest one will take effect) while a cross sell popup can show up to 3 offers of different products.
A cross sell funnel can be triggered with any product or specific product(s) while the upsell funnel can only be triggered with one product.
