How to create a funnel?

In DoubleC Cross sell and Upsell, you can create multiple funnels/campaigns with different settings, however, in case more than 1 funnel meet the same condition on the same page (cart page or product page) with the same priority, the oldest funnel will display.
To create a funnel, click the Create button on Funnels tab and follow the steps below:
1. General settings
On trigger settings, you will be able to configure general information and the trigger method of the funnel.
Firstly, enter the funnel name (each funnel's name is unique)
Next,  you can select where to show the offer (it can whether be the cart page or the product page)
A cart offer will be shown on the cart page when the customer clicks on the Checkout button.
A product offer will be shown when the customer adds the triggered product to the cart (only support ajax carts).
The next step is to choose the offer type (cross sell or upsell)
When creating a Cross sell funnel, you can offer special deals on relevant products or frequently bought together products.
When creating an Upsell funnel, you can offer a special deal on different variants of the same product, thus, increase the average order value of the customers.
2. Cross sell funnel 
2.1. Cross sell trigger
A cross sell funnel can be triggered with all products, specific products or specific collections.
If you create a cart cross sell funnel, the funnel will run if the triggered product is on the cart page.
If you create a product cross sell funnel, the funnel will run on the product page if the triggered product is added to cart by the customer.
2.2. Cross sell offer settings
Once the trigger settings is done, you can move to the next step, which is to configure the funnel's offer(s). Each cross sell funnel can include 3 offers.
Firstly, select the product to cross sell, then set the discount value (it can be a percentage discount or a fixed amount discount). In case you don't want to offer any discount on the cross sell product, leave the discount value box 0.
Next, you can edit the offer title as well as add a description (details about the product or the offer) to the offer by check the Add description box.
Note: For second and third offer of one funnel, you can also enable the feature to disable these offers if the previous one is accepted.
Moreover, for each offer, you can set up advanced settings such as:
Include free shipping for clients who accept this offer (the order that includes this offer will have free shipping)
Set maximum quantity of items a buyer could buy (buyers can buy up to X products)
Set minimum quantity of items a buyer must buy (buyers have to buy at least X products)
Exclude variants (buyers cannot accept the offer of the excluded variants)
3. Upsell funnel
3.1. Upsell trigger settings
An upsell funnel can be triggered with a product only. You can exclude specific variants on which the funnel won't run.
If you create a cart upsell funnel, the funnel will run if the triggered product is on the cart page.
If you create a product upsell funnel, the funnel will run on the product page if the triggered product is added to the cart by the customer.
3.2. Upsell offer settings
Next, on Offer settings, you can select the variant of the triggered product to upsell (only 1 variant available), then set the discount value (it can be a percentage discount or a fixed amount discount). In case you don't want to offer any discount on the upsell variant, leave the discount value box 0.
In case you create multiple offers on one upsell funnel. Only the latest offer will run.
Next, you can edit the offer title as well as add a description (details about the product or the offer) to the offer by check the Add description box.
Moreover, for each offer, you can set up advanced settings such as:
Include free shipping for clients who accept this offer (the order that includes this offer will have free shipping)
Set maximum quantity of items a buyer could buy (buyers can buy up to X products)
Set minimum quantity of items a buyer must buy (buyers have to buy at least X products)
Exclude variants (buyers cannot accept the offer of the excluded variants)
4. Advanced options
The final step is to configure advanced options (optional).
Firstly, you can choose which devices to show the offer(s) (it can be on Desktop, Mobile or both)
Next is funnel priority.
Priority will take effect in case two or more funnels are on the same page and have overlapping triggers. Use 1-10, when 1 is the highest priority.
Every funnel's priority is 1, if all funnel's priority is the same, then the oldest funnel will run when multiple funnels meet the same conditions.
In case you want to prioritize one funnel in all cases, make sure to set its priority to 1 and other funnel's priorities (with overlapping triggers) to 2 or higher numbers.
Lastly, you can set up special settings for the funnel
Show offer only for a specific cart value: Set a min or max cart value to display the offer.
Do not show for specific products: If specific products are added to cart, the funnel will not run.
Disable funnel if the offered product is added to cart
Allow customers to enter a discount code on checkout
Set offer duration: Set the start time and end time for the funnel to run.
After all the settings are done, don't forget to click Start funnel to make it live on your store.
